The FAB Awards – International Food and Beverage Creative and Effectiveness Awards – are pleased to announce their partnership with YouTube. This will be the third year running that The FAB Awards has teamed with Google UK.

As per the partnership, YouTube will sponsor both The FAB Agency of the Year Award and The FAB Brand of the Year Award at the 19th FAB Awards on 25th May 2017. They will also co-host The 2nd FAB Forum on the same day at their St. Giles High Street venue in London.

Commenting on the partnership The FAB Awards Chairman, N.Nayar had this to say:

“We are truly delighted to continue our partnership with Google, and this year in particular with YouTube. Feedback to last year’s FAB Forum co-hosted by Google was FABulous with tremendous support from Brands and Agencies alike. YouTube is the home of online video and a major platform for creativity. This makes them a major player in our industry and they are a wonderful fit to recognise the leading FAB Agency of The Year and The FAB Brand of The Year. YouTube will also be co- hosting The FAB Forum with us this year and we are very excited about putting together another valuable Thought Leadership Forum for The Food and Beverage Industry.”

Creative agency AMV BBDO are the reigning Agency of the Year, while Mars, Incorporated are the defending Brand / Marketer of Year.

Last year saw the launch of The FAB Forum, a thought leadership session held at Google’s St. Giles High Street venue. The inaugural forum saw keynote speeches from Gregory Roekens, Karen Welman, James Whitehead, Kerstin Trikalitis, Nils Leonard and Nir Refuah. The invite only event was attended by leading members of the marketing community as well as top brands from the Food and Beverage world.

Emma Cremin, Senior Industry Head for Food & Beverage at Google, said “We are delighted to renew our partnership with FAB and celebrate how the industry continues to challenge boundaries, embrace new platforms and technologies and produce outstanding creative work.”

Entry submissions for The 19th FAB Awards are now open with judging set to commence in April.

Keeping in line with tradition The 19th FAB Awards will culminate in a grand ceremony at London’s exclusive The Hurlingham Club on May 25, 2017. On the same morning YouTube will host The FAB Forum at their St. Giles High Street venue.
