Great British Chefs and Kikkoman Launch Exclusive Recipe eBook

LONDON, September 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ —

Great British Chefs, the innovative online cookery brand, have teamed up with Kikkoman to produce an exciting new recipe eBook showcasing the versatility of soy sauce as an ingredient.

Featuring recipes from five of the UK’s leading chefs – each one with a Michelin star to their name – the eBook lets the home chef recreate fabulous dishes such as Martin Wishart’s fabulous crab cakes or Josh Eggleton’s barbecued sticky ribs.

Other chefs featured are Galton Blackiston from Norfolk’s Morston Hall, The Queen at Bellbroughton’s head chef Andy Waters and Shaun Hill from The Walnut Tree Inn in Llandewi Skirrid.

The eBook is available free from the Great British Chefs website, and those who download it will also be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a Master Class with one of the 70 Great British Chefs, or one of 50 runners up prizes of a Kikkoman Around The World recipe book.

Great British Chefs CEO Ollie Lloyd said ‘We are delighted to partner Kikkoman in delivering some fantastic recipes that cooks of all abilities will enjoy making at home. At Great British Chefs we’re always looking for new ways to bring great food and new technology together, and we’re excited to be releasing our very first eBook.’

The eBook is available now, and the prize draw will be made at the end of March 2013. Visit http://www.greatbritishchefs.com/partners/kikkoman.aspx to download.
