Booming Bio-tiful Dairy invests in ATL campaign

Bio-tiful Dairy, the award winning, category leading Kefir brand, is set to launch its first ever advertising campaign to support rapid sales growth and expansion.

The OOH campaign, launched on 8th May, celebrates Kefir’s 2,000 year old heritage and product benefits of better digestion and immunity, appearing on tube, railway boards and situated close to key retail outlets. It will be supported by an integrated nationwide sampling, influencer, PR and social media campaign. Bio-tiful Dairy will also launch window takeovers at health food retailers.

The probiotic drink, made with high-quality, locally sourced British whole milk and authentic 2,000-year-old live cultures, has experienced 250% year-on-year growth since its launch in 2012, with 2017 expected to see significant sales increases alongside the business’ expansion. Bio-tiful Dairy now sells over 30,000 bottles per week, with the product available from major retailers across the UK, including Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Ocado, Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market and Selfridges.

The range featuring four products, including organic, baked and flavoured varieties will expand into more NPD later in 2017 as the demand for fermented products continues to grow apace. All major stockists are looking to increase their Bio-tiful Kefir range in 2017, with a number of new retailers coming on board.

Bio-tiful Kefir was created and developed by entrepreneur and former Russian figure skater, Natasha Bowes. Natasha appeared on BBC’s Dragons Den and recently saw her product featured on BBC’s ‘Trust me I’m a Doctor’, where it was found to bring the most positive changes to gut health when tested on volunteers, resulting in the product flying off the shelves. Kefir has a long list of health benefits which have been studied and proven over the centuries. It has a high protein and calcium content, includes essential vitamins and minerals (including B12 and B2), as well as being naturally low in lactose and gluten free, with absolutely no added sugar.
